Cromlech House, 20 New Street, St Davids, Pembrokeshire sleeps 8 comfortably + cot

Cromlech House is situated in the heart of St Davids, within easy walking distance of shops, pubs, restaurants and St Davids Cathedral. The coast path is just one mile away at Caerfai, and just over two miles to Whitesands beach and coast path. St Davids offers a shuttle bus service to the local beaches and surrounding area, the bus stop only 150 yards approx from the house.

Cromlech House is a spacious and homely 3 storey, semi-detached town house with a child-friendly garden. The garden is also accessed from the front of the property along a side alleyway suitable for bicycles, surfboards, kyaks etc.

Booking Conditions

  1. Cromlech House is available to let from Saturday to Saturday.
  2. The property is available from 4 pm on the day of arrival. Please be ready to vacate by 10 am on the day of departure.
  3. Bed linen is supplied. Towels, tea towels and cot linen are not supplied.
  4. Telephone bookings may be taken to provisionally book. In order to confirm your reservation, written confirmation is required within seven working days. Full payment is required 8 weeks before the holiday start date. In the case of late bookings, we would require payment in full with your letter of confirmation.
  5. It is recommended that you take out holiday insurance to cover the event of cancellation. Refunds will not be payable after 8 weeks before the intended holiday, unless the house is sucessfully re-let.
  6. The owners do not accept liability for any personal injury or theft during the period of your stay.
  7. If for any reason the house is not available on the day, a full refund will be provided without question. However, the liability of owner to hirer will not exceed the house rental fee.
  8. The Hirer is responsible for any breakages and/or damages to the property that my occur during the holiday and is obliged to keep the property in good condition. If any breakages or damages to the property occur (including the décor of the property) the Owners be notified immediately so that repairs can be undertaken immediately.
  9. Any complaint should be made directly to the owner immediately so that any problem can swiftly be addressed. Complaints made after the holiday cannot be rectified.
  10. The Owner retains right of access.
  11. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy the property details and information, the Owners accept no liability for errors or omissions contained therein.
